World Heritage Olympiad (WHO) is an ambitious initiative aimed at raising awareness about our rich cultural heritage among school students all across the entire countries. This annual event, spearheaded by the World Heritage Olympiad Private Limited. The WHO is being organised in India in the joint collaboration of Heritage India Olympiad Development Federation and Heritage Society. We have garnered increasing acclaim and participation, emblematic of its growing significance in fostering a deeper appreciation for the rich tapestry of heritage among the younger generation.
Through its immersive and interactive approach, the Olympiad transcends conventional educational paradigms, providing students with a vibrant platform to explore diverse heritage. Rather than confining learning within the confines of textbooks, the Olympiad encourages experiential learning through a myriad of activities organized throughout the year.
Online format of the World Heritage Olympiad is being organised in India, Nepal and Kenya from November 2024 to March 2025. From April 2025, the World Heritage Olympiad will take place in Physical and Online both formats in the remaining countries too.
